Welcome to our best running shoes guide. Rather than write multiple guides based on different seasons (i.e. Fall, Winter, etc.) we have decided that we will simply 3 one-for-all guides. These guides will include one for a comprehensive overview of the best running shoes, and two that are catered specifically for men and women individually. These individual guides will get updated throughout the year with new running shoe models and new brands based on whether they meet our grading system. We believe that this method will offer readers a greater value as it consolidates several different guides into unified guides. Running shoes are ordered by brand (alphabetically) for easier navigation and then based on the release date of the individual models.
This specific guide isn’t catered to any one sex (male or female), those guides have been made separately. They are catered specifically to each sex based on the respect differences between male and female body-types (bone structure, body-frame, foot shape, muscle strength, weight/height, etc.). This list is a general breakdown of the best running shoes that we have experienced and reviewed. They perform above others thanks to a combination of their Upper, Sole Unit, Design, and Price. Each shoe is graded against the same performance factors and only those that rise above are included in this guide. As such, it is possible that several of these shoes will likely appear on multiple lists (our best running shoes for men and best running shoes for women guides), but that it to be expected as we funnel down from all the shoes that we review.
